Refund Policy

How to get a refund, who to ask, and when the money comes back.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

The short version

FabSync subscriptions are sold through Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record: it issues the invoice, collects the tax and handles the refund request.

Free plan and trial

The free plan asks for no card. Every new account runs with PRO features for its first 14 days and drops back to the free plan by itself at the end of that — nothing is charged automatically.

So you can try the product before paying for it. Most of the need for refunds is settled there.

If you want a refund

Within 14 days of payment you can ask for a refund without giving a reason. Write to support@getfabsync.com and we will pass the request to Lemon Squeezy; you are equally free to go to Lemon Squeezy directly.

After 14 days: we do not refund unused periods, but you can cancel whenever you like — the service runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed after that.

One exception: if the service was down for a long stretch because of something on our side, we refund that period. That is not limited to 14 days.

Cancelling

One click in your account settings. When a paid subscription ends, your account goes back to the Free plan and the 76 / 90-day file-deletion rule described above applies: a warning e-mail 76 days after the end, and on day 90 the files of every project except the one you used most recently are deleted (records are kept; subscribing again before day 90 cancels the deletion). You can also delete your files yourself at any time: deleting your account removes everything at once, while deleting a project keeps it in the trash for 30 days and then deletes it with its files.

How the money comes back

Once Lemon Squeezy approves the refund, the payment returns to the same card within 5–10 business days. How long exactly is up to your bank, not to us.
