The parties
FabSync is operated by Okan Kurt (Çınar Mah. Rıfkı Tongsir Cad., Nidapark Küçükyalı Sitesi, Burgaz Etabı, Blok 3 Daire 78, Maltepe / İstanbul, Türkiye — support@getfabsync.com). By opening an account you accept these terms.
Subscription payments go through Lemon Squeezy; in that transaction Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record and its own terms apply to it.
Your account
You must be over 18, and if you use FabSync on behalf of a business you must be entitled to represent it. Keeping your account secure is your responsibility: whoever reaches your sign-in e-mail reaches your account.
On the Team plan you can add users. You are responsible for what the people you add do.
Your files stay yours
Everything you upload remains yours. We claim no ownership over it. You grant us only the limited permission needed to give you the service — to store the file, read it, generate images from it, and show it to a supplier you have allowed. Nothing more.
We assume you have the right to share what you upload. If you upload someone else's design without permission, that is on you.
What you may not do
Attempt to break the system, attempt to reach someone else's account, upload illegal content, reverse-engineer the service to copy it, or use automated tools to get around plan limits. Do any of these and the account is closed.
Supplier links
A link you send a supplier lets anyone who holds it see as much as you allowed. You decide who to send it to, and the consequences are yours. You can revoke the link at any moment.
AI output
FabSync uses AI to read material, tolerance and manufacturing process from drawings, and it suggests supplier scores. These are suggestions, not decisions. They can be wrong. Checking them before anything goes to manufacturing or purchasing is your responsibility.
We are not liable for manufacturing errors, scrapped parts or commercial losses arising from a misreading.
The service itself
We keep it running as well as we can, but we make no promise of uninterrupted service. There is no defined service level (SLA) at present. Maintenance, a provider outage or an unexpected problem can happen.
Our liability is limited to the subscription fee you paid for the month in which the problem occurred. We are not liable for indirect damages (lost profit, lost business, consequences of data loss). Keep your own backups too.
Plans and changes
Plan limits and prices are written on the pricing page. If we change a price, your current subscription continues at the old price until the end of its period and we tell you beforehand by e-mail.
On the Team plan we run an openly stated promotional rate for early members: $59/mo for the first 12 months, after which the subscription renews at the list price of $99/mo. You can cancel at any time before that renewal. We may close the promotion to new members at any time, which does not affect the first 12 months of existing subscribers.
If we ever have to shut the service down, we give at least 30 days' notice and time to download your files.
Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul Anadolu have jurisdiction. If you use the service as a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees is reserved.
